Hi I've been using ARP3 for years but now doing a fresh install of arpReach on an existing domain. Its registered on the ARPReach hub account but when I come to activate the system replies unable to activate.

This was happening to me too and there was wrong spelling of the website URL on the config file. Double check yours to make sure everything is ok.
