To reset your password for your arpReach system:
1. Go to your arpReach sign in page
For example: https://www.example.com/a/a.php/signin
2. Click the Forgot user name or password link just below the sign in button
3. Enter the email address registered with your user profile
4. Click the Reset Password button
Your password will automatically be changed and sent (together with your username) to your email address. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
If you are unable to retrieve your username and password, or forgot what email address is registered with your user profile, you can reset the username and/or password using phpMyAdmin:
1. Login to the cPanel account where your arpReach system is installed
2. Choose phpMyAdmin
3. Choose your arpReach database
4. Locate and go to the arpr_users table
5. Find the user profile you want to edit and click Edit
6. Change the password to your desired password
7. Choose MD5 from the drop down to encrypt it properly
