How about a better notification when their are updatess?

Getting a notice when we login would be great. Even a drop down to check for updates in the help tab would be helpful.

Also... a changelog would be helpful. What's the difference between 1.2.002 and 1.2.003?

It would be nice to know before undergoing an upgrade.
