Recently, I just purchased Thrive Leads because their documentation says they support arpReach which as most of you know is a rarity for many of the lead gathering systems available.
The answer I got from the Thrive support team was that when you select a list, hit the enter key and it will then select the list. I actually moved on from the ThriveLeads plugin, but that's what made it work for me. It doesn't make sense, but it was an easy fix.

It seemed like it should have been obvious, but obviously not!

It seems to work fine. It just felt like hitting the "enter" key would have been more obvious, but for some reason, there was no instructions on doing that. Glad it works for you.

Make sure you copy the url all the way to the name you gave the installation, for example "a".

Here is their help page on it:
https://thrivethemes.com/tkb_item/connecting-to-the-arpreach-api/
I have yet to get it to actually connect. I just keep getting error messages when trying to make the API connection in the ThriveLeads dashboard.
Quite an expensive plugin, but it looks good if I can get it to connect, however, still to no avail.
Even though the attachment says I need to select a list, I have selected a list when putting in my connection details.
Thank you,
Norm

Make sure you copy the url all the way to the name you gave the installation, for example "a".
Ex. http://yourdomainname.com/a
Only use the ENTER KEY after you paste in the name of the list
That's It!

Hey Norman -
Just curious what you moved on to??
I am trying to figure out how to get folks from my blog user list to arpreach and know there must be an easy inexpensive way.

Hi Donna,
I actually moved to OptinMonster - http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=601672&u=947816&m=49337&urllink=
Yes, that's an affiliate link, but if you want to just visit them directly, it's at www.optinmonster.com -
Even though ArpReach doesn't show in their list of supported email services, I am able to easily integrate it using Custom HTML in the settings.
