Hello, I have added a list where the user needs to verify their signup by clicking the confirmation link. Calling the add_contact api command adds the user correctly and they are listed in the contacts for that list, however, they are never sent the confirmation email. I have tried calling it with the next_message blank or "next_message":0. Neither will actually send the email.
Is the user not supposed to have to confirm their email address? What can I do to make the api to have arpreach send the email with the confirmation link?
@ Anders: Have you resolved the issue regards the confirmation link? Note that for this to work, the scheduled task (cron) must have been set up on your server during installation.
– Enabled confirmations Allows due subscription confirmation emails to be sent out.
